KDM Events Anti-slavery & Human Trafficking Policy

One of the Company’s core values is to uphold responsible and fair business practices.

It is committed to promoting and maintaining the highest level of ethical standards in relation to all of its employees, and KDM Events therefore has a zero-tolerance approach towards slavery and human trafficking to ensure that no employees are being held in slavery or forced to work against their will.

As a small company, all recruitment is managed by the Directors without the use of outside agencies.

All KDM Events employees receive no less than the prescribed minimum wage and we apply robust immigration, background & identification checks on all of our employees.

This policy applies to all persons working for us or on our behalf in any capacity, including employees at all levels, directors, officers, volunteers, agents, contractors and suppliers.

As part of our procurement process for suppliers, all are required to provide us with information & policies relating to Health & Safety procedures, Risk Assessments, Environmental Policy and Anti-slavery & Human Trafficking prior to being approved as a supplier of KDM Events.

Our Anti-slavery and Human Trafficking policy will be reviewed on a regular basis by the Directors, to ensure continued compliance with Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015
